Service Delivery Policy

Hero is a fully digital software subscription. Nothing physical is shipped — there are no freight charges, customs, couriers or delivery addresses involved.

How the service is delivered

Access is provided through your web browser at https://hero.pngcloud.xyz using the account you create at signup. The service works on desktop and mobile browsers; no installation is required.

When you get access

Trial access is immediate on signup after email verification. Paid access is activated automatically the moment our payment provider confirms your payment — typically within seconds of completing checkout. If access has not unlocked within 15 minutes of a successful payment, contact support@pngcloud.xyz and we will resolve it promptly.

Service availability

Hero runs on globally distributed cloud infrastructure with data hosted in Sydney. We target 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance is rare, brief, and scheduled outside Papua New Guinea business hours where possible.

What your subscription includes

Each monthly period includes full access to the features of your chosen plan (Standard or Ultimate), data storage, encrypted backups, and email support. Renewals continue delivery uninterrupted for as long as the subscription remains paid.
