Cardholder Service Policy
This page is for anyone whose card has been charged in connection with a Hero subscription.
How charges appear
Charges appear on your card statement with a descriptor identifying our payment provider and/or HDC HERO. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in US dollars; your issuing bank converts the amount to your card's currency at its own rate.
Don't recognise a charge?
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us at support@pngcloud.xyz with the charge date, amount and the last four digits of the card (never send the full card number). We respond within 2 business days, can identify the subscription behind any charge, and will refund verified errors in full — this is almost always faster than a chargeback.
Stopping future charges
Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription in the app, or through the payment provider's own cancellation flow. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing; no further charges will be made.
Card security
Card details are collected and stored only by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. HDC systems never receive, transmit or store card numbers. Saved payment methods can be removed through the payment provider at any time.
